Refund policy

Return Request - Ready To Ship Items

If you purchased a ready to ship item from us that isn't exactly what you were expecting, please let us know. We happily accept returns within 7 days of receipt of package. Please email us at returns@aether-vertu.com with all of the details about your order, including your order number and the email address that was used to process the order. After we confirm your return request we will provide you with a return shipping address. We recommend shipping with tracking to ensure that the order returns to us safely. We will not be held liable for damaged or lost returned items. After we have received your returned item, we will quickly verify that everything is in good shape and issue a full purchase refund for the cost of the products, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.


Incorrect or Damaged Order Issues

If you have received a different item from what you ordered, please let us know! We are more than happy to correct our mistake and get you the item you paid for. Please contact us at returns@aether-vertu.com with the details of the error and we will get started on fixing the issue right away.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item in the mail, please email us right away with details and pictures of the issue. We will work with you to get you the quality product you deserve.


Items That Do Not Qualify For Return

Due to the custom nature of the large percentage of products that we offer, we do not accept returns on

  • International Orders
  • Made to Order items

There are of course exceptions to every rule. Some made to order items may be accepted for return with a small restocking fee. Please contact us with the details about your return request and we can work to find a solution together.
